Since we're in Vegas for the Sin City Takeover, I thought I'd relive some of my favorite things about the city.

3# - Downtown/Fremont St. My first time in Vegas was 1998. Since then, owner Derek Stevens - from Birmingham, has completely transformed the old area with his hotel The D. It's a definite destination for anyone visiting. Live bands, zip lines, the overhead light show and tons more. Don't miss Hogs and Heifers just a block off the strip. A great bar to check out!

#2 - The Shows. Just about any show you decide to take in is going to be top-shelf. I've been to David Copperfield, Carrot Top, The Beatles - Love, burlesque shows, magic shows and on and on. I'll be seeing Criss Angel this time around at Planet Hollywood and a Golden Knights hockey game. I can't wait! If you go to Vegas, it's a must that you see at least one show.

#1 - Get Married! Anyone who knows me, knows I don't do weddings, which is why I got married in Vegas at the Graceland chapel. And no, not by Elvis. (Everyone asks me that.)

Listen, you really can't go wrong. The Strip is remarkable. The noise, lights, sights and people. It's kinda crazy. I saw NIN and GNR at the Hard Rock. I even road a bike through the Red Rocks Canyon and visited Hoover Dam. Vegas has something for everybody!
