Portland police said a woman stole a U.S. Postal Service truck and took it on a joyride before flipping it, “emerging shirtless,” then leading officers on a 12-block foot chase.
She is now facing charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, eluding police in a vehicle, mail theft, reckless driving, resisting arrest, and many more!

The topless woman was taken to the hospital PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) - A topless woman is accused of stealing a U.S. Postal truck and hitting a TriMet passenger bus before flipping and crashing in Northeast Portland. Police said Monique Cortez-Munos stole the USPS truck from the 1600 block of Southeast Alder Street just after noon on Thursday.
