StubHub Tickets Were Rejected Causing Chaos at a Black Keys Show
Hundreds of BLACK KEYS fans were shut out of a concert in Los Angeles last week, because third-party tickets from sites like StubHub were rejected. Both the band and Ticketmaster say they made it clear that the tickets were non-transferable, but the fans who bought them say they didn’t know. Here is some video of the chaos and some pictures.
We were turned away. Apparently the rotating ticket policy was put into effect 40 min. Before showtime. And people were being treated like garbage by the staff. pic.twitter.com/33QRcpWcbS

@theblackkeys hey way to go in not letting us use the third party tix. I know you mean well but there's 100's of fans out here who love the band. Hope you enjoy all the empty seats. Hope you do right by your fans out here at the Wiltern. pic.twitter.com/oXBu9lb78H
