The former members of Ghost will have their appeal heard by a court in March 2020 after their lawsuit alleging that frontman Tobias Forge was ripping them off was dismissed back in 2018.

The four former bandmates say that Forge took their profits from the band’s album releases and ticket sales while they performed as “nameless ghouls.” After the case was dismissed, they were ordered to pay for Forge’s court costs of around $150,000. Forge says that there was no actual agreement between the band members and himself and were paid a salary as a “backing band.” The lawsuit was what actually forced Forge to reveal his true identity after performing as “Papa Emeritus” for years.

Ghost did recently release two new tracks which you can listen to below.
