A burglar allegedly entered a Florida man's house through an unlocked door, headed for the kitchen to whip himself up a meal.

When the homeowner went to confront Gavin Crim at 4 am on Tuesday morning, the 19-year-old Marine told him, "go back to sleep."

Of course, the cops were called and Crim took off, says Fox 13 in Tampa. Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies caught up to him in a nearby swamp.

According to the police report, alcohol may have been involved.
