A Guy Ignores the “Don’t Touch the Horses” Signs

There are two reasons to check out this video.  The first is that you get to see a pasty old guy wearing a Speedo.  The second is when you see that guy PET a wild horse that he wasn't supposed to

He was at Maryland's Assateague Island National Park and they have "Don't Touch the Ponies" signs posted all over the place.
