VIDEO: Eric Clapton Covers Prince’s “Purple Rain”
Eric Clapton performed at London’s Royal Albert Hall last night kicking off the first of three shows this week at the legendary venue, and he surprised fans with one incredible encore.
After playing a 16-song set, Clapton returned to the stage and performed a cover of Prince‘s classic “Purple Rain” much to the crowd’s delight.
Clapton’s second and third shows this week are taking place on Thursday and Friday (May 15 and 16), respectively.
