A Guy Dressed as the Joker Was Caught on Camera Stealing a Tip Jar

The police in Toronto are looking for a guy who stole a tip jar from a restaurant last week . . . while he was dressed as the Joker.  He’ll be facing theft charges.

Summer is approaching and the thieves are back...I was waiting for Batman to save the day but he didn't showed up :-) if anyone has a good tip on how to secure the tip jar feel free to share. Kensington Market area.
