People Got “Free Car Washes” From a Busted Fire Hydrant
GLASGOW, UNITED KINGDOM - JULY 12: Children play in the fountain of water created by an opened fire hydrant in the East End of Glasgow on July 12, 2005, Glasgow, Scotland. Temperatures climbed above 30 degrees Celsius in many areas across the country. Temporary speed restrictions have also been put in place on the rail network after a summer heat wave hit Scotland. A truck ran into a fire hydrant in Southern California, which sent water shooting into the air. And someone nearby shot cell phone video as people took advantage of it by driving under the water and getting “free car washes.”
