Guy Gets Out of Jail, Then Immediately Broke Into a Car in the Parking Lot

A guy in Florida got out of jail last Thursday, then got arrested again 15 minutes later for breaking into a car in the jail’s parking lot.  If the story sounds familiar, it’s because another guy in Florida did the same thing back in November.
