A Guy Goes Viral for Catching a Huge Catfish with His Bare Hands, Then Gets a Ticket!

A guy in Iowa went viral over the weekend for catching a 50-pound catfish with his bare hands . . . then carrying it around town. But the Iowa Department of Natural Resources saw the photos and it turns out it’s illegal to catch a fish bare-handed in Iowa, so the guy was hit with a $94 fine.
