A Guy Tests Petco’s “Any Pet on a Leash” Policy with a Steer

A guy in Texas walked his massive longhorn steer into a Petco to test their “any pet on a leash” policy, and it worked. They were welcomed into the store . . . and employees even let the customers pet the steer and pose for pics.
