Queen’s history with Adam Lambert will be the subject of a new documentary set to air on ABC.
Airing Monday, April 29, The Show Must Go On: The Queen + Adam Lambert Story will feature new interviews with Lambert, Brian May and Roger Taylor. Also interviewed for the doc are Lambert’s parents, Leila and Eber, Simon Cowell, Rami Malek and Foo Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins.
The documentary covers the fateful meeting of Lambert and Queen when he was a contestant on season eight of American Idol in 2009, which eventually led to the formation of Queen + Adam Lambert in 2012.
Queen + Adam Lambert will be hitting the road this summer on “The Rhapsody Tour” starting July 10 in Vancouver. A full list of tour dates is below.
