Chris Cornell Doc Helmed by Brad Pitt, Peter Berg on the Way

Chris Cornell will be the subject of a new documentary from Film 45, a production company run by Brad Pitt and Peter Berg.
In an exclusive to Variety, the film will be produced by Pitt and Berg, as well as Cornell’s widow, Vicky. The project currently has no title or release date.
Berg’s producing credits include 2013’s Lone Survivor, 2018’s Mile 22 and the HBO series Ballers.
Pitt notably made an appearance at the I Am the Highway: A Tribute to Chris Cornell tribute concert in January where he introduced Ziggy Marley and Cornell’s daughter, Toni, for their performance of “Redemption Song.”
