A crazy woman that caught her husband sleeping with the housekeeper got the most disturbing revenge. 

She actually cut off her husband’s junk and cooked it!  Pictures of the husband covered in blood and a noodle dish with what appears to be human flesh/pieces of his genitalia mixed in have been posted online.
