It looks like a tiny, flesh-colored corndog or pickle with a tail, and it moves like an inchworm.
An entomologist at the University of Sydney says it's a rat-tailed maggot, and they're necessary to the country's ecosystem. They're also known to make their way INSIDE the human intestine . . . but only in places with bad water hygiene.
