A Maine man broke into a residence, put on the homeowners clothes, ate food and watched TV. When he was found by the owner of the home, he said there was a misunderstanding and asked for a ride back to his place. Although he got the ride home, the police were called and he was arrested for burglary.

Derek Tarbox, 35, was charged with burglary, two counts of unauthorized use of property, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to report a crash by quickest means, theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking..
