Life-Sized Cutouts of a Police Chief Were Put in Stores to Scare Thieves But Someone Stole a Cutout

The police in Green Bay, Wisconsin have been trying to scare off shoplifters by putting life-sized cutouts of the chief of police in stores. But on Sunday night, someone stole one of the cutouts from a convenience store. The cops are trying to track down the thief.
