Police were called to a doctors office to investigate a report of a man exposing himself in front of patients. When officers arrived on the scene they found Brain M. Bates in the bathroom with the door open and dong in hand...and unfortunately toilet brush handle in backside!
He was arrested and charged with criminal open lewdness.
