This happened last month, but it’s making the rounds now.  Some guys in a Minnesota forest freed a bear cub whose head had been stuck in a bait barrel for two days.  One guy did all the work, while the rest of them stood watch, just in case.

He grabbed it by the neck and pulled backwards until its head came out.  As soon as the bear broke free it took off running.
