A Woman “Rope Dancing” Outside the 17th Floor of a High-Rise
Somebody on the 17th floor of a Dallas high-rise filmed a woman outside the window who’s suspended by some kind of rope harness . . . and she’s swinging back…

She eventually sees that she's being watched, and moves in closer to say hi.
