PHILADELPHIA, PA - MARCH 30: A driver of a discount bus heads to New York City on March 30, 2011 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After a series of recent accidents, one of which killed 15 and injured more than a dozen others on March 12 on the Westchester County-Bronx border, discount bus services have come under intense scrutiny. The popular bus services take passengers on routes to Boston, Washington DC and numerous southern cities for discounted rates. The Department of Transportation (DOT) said it inspected 164 buses following the crash and found violations in 41 cases. A Senate subcommittee will meet this afternoon to consider whether new protections such as seat belts or mandatory driver training are needed in federal law. (Photo by Spencer Platt/Getty Images)
Somebody posted video of their bus driver in Mexico City, and he’s texting more than he’s driving. The video is almost two minutes long and he spends most of that time with his hands off the wheel and on the phone.
