A 41 year old former employee of a 7-Eleven convenience store was arrested on embezzlement charges the other day.
Police arrested the woman who is accused of embezzling over $4,000 from a 7-Eleven store she used to be employed by, while she was appearing in court for an unrelated traffic issue.
The owner of the store began noticing money missing starting back in December of last year. He began monitoring the employee and store surveillance showed the woman executing numerous merchandise return scams.
