This information comes from TMZ, who was able to get the information from Michigan’s Oakland County Medical Examiner.

They said “The Oakland County Medical Examiner’s Office in Michigan tells us … Kyle died of drug abuse. It’s unclear if this means his death was accidental or by suicide … or if he suffered an overdose or another complication related to drugs. We’re told a toxicology report will take up to 8 weeks to complete.”

Pavone was lost on August 25, and there was an outcry from fans, friends, and family, as well as his bandmates, who weren’t ready to lose him.
