VIDEO: Dave Grohl’s Talks ‘Play’ on ‘Kimmel’

Spoiler alert:  Dave Grohl is an outstanding talk show guest.

The Foo Fighters frontman appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night (August 2) to talk about a variety of things including Cal Jam 18 and to also gift Kimmel with a disturbing prop from when he hosted the show last Halloween.

Grohl also recounted the time he got to jam with the late, great Prince at The Forum in Los Angeles.

However, the reason Grohl was there in the first place was to chat about his new documentary Play, where he performs a 23-minute song on seven different instruments, and through the magic of editing, it will look like there are seven of him playing in the same room.

Oh, what a far better world this would be if there were literally more Dave Grohls!
