Two officers where in a squad car when the man pulled up next to them at a red light. The officers watched the man pull out his meth pipe and try to light it up. He was immediately pulled over and they found him in possession of more than 22 grams of crystal meth, nearly a half-ounce of marijuana and several bulb pipes.
