A woman that sits on the city council for a small town in Kansas is in even more trouble after the local authorities arrested her on a failure to appear warrant.
Deputies had to use stun guns to bring the woman into custody. During the booking process she refused to cooperate with jail workers during the booking process.
When officers attempted to remove some of her personal items, like jewelry, she bit the officer on the thumb hard enough to break it!
