A 20-year-old guy named Kern Kost was pulled over in Green County, Kentucky last week. The cops smelled marijuana, and when they searched his car, they found a bunch of little baggies of weed . . . inside of a D.A.R.E. bag.
If you're not familiar, D.A.R.E. is the anti-drug education program that's been going on in schools for decades. Kern was arrested for drug trafficking.
