Belarus’ current President Alexander Lukashenko has been in power since 1994, winning his fifth term in October 2015 with 83.5 % of the vote. Visa restrictions to Belarus have recently been lifted, allowing citizens from the European Union, America and 51 other countries visa-free entry to the country for up to 5 days through Minsk International Airport. Two handlers start HITTING the bear with large sticks, and then it jumps on top of one of them. The trainer keeps pulling on the leash and eventually the bear lets the other handler go. The guy gets back up and seems okay.
