Every gallon has almost a pound of pork roll in it.
The ice cream is also flavored with French toast and maple syrup because they realized if it was JUST pork ice cream it'd be, in their words, "gross."
If you're interested, you'll probably have to go to their main store in New Jersey or other ice cream shops in that area. Or just buy some ham and mix it into a pint of Haagen-Dazs.
