A Man Clings to the Hood of His Stolen Car on a Highway
A driver on a Florida highway posted cell phone video of a car coming up fast in the next lane, with a man CLINGING to the hood. The man on the hood asks him to call the cops because it’s his car and the woman driving it stole it. Apparently he ended up falling off less than a mile down the road and the woman got away.
