BOGNOR REGIS, ENGLAND – SEPTEMBER 10: A shaolin monk practices on the beach on September 10, 2015 in Bognor Regis, England. The Shaolin Monks have travelled from their temple in the foothills of the Song Shang mountains in China’s Henan province to perform the ultimate display of Kung Fu, weapons and combat displays and choreography in a new show at London’s Peacock Theatre. The Shaolin are Buddhist soldier monks who have mastered Kung Fu over fifteen centuries. (Photo by Ben Pruchnie/Getty Images)

The Slo-Mo Guys have a new video trending of a Shaolin Monk throwing a needle through a pane of glass.  To prove it's not a trick, they put a balloon behind the glass . . . and it breaks after the needle makes a hole through the glass.

According to one of the monks, this is one of the highest of the Shaolin arts and takes at least 10 years to master.
