The dog is on the sidewalk when a pickup drives by, and then circles back. A guy gets out, grabs the dog, jumps in the truck, and it drives away.
A neighbor from across the street comes running, and you can hear him shout, but it's too late. He rings the doorbell to let the family know what happened.
