A Kid Found the Perfect Way to Scare His Sister’s Ouija Board Party

We’re not sure how old this kid is, but he came up with a brilliant way to scare his sister and her friends. The girls were playing with a Ouija board so he went to the fuse box downstairs and started flipping their light off and on. And you can hear them scream each time he flicks the switch.
