A Bystander Stops a Purse Thief on a Moped

Somebody got dashcam video of a guy on the back of a moped who reaches out and steals a woman’s purse. And then a bystander comes out of nowhere to wrestle the purse away from the guy. Unfortunately it looks like he gets away though.
