Russian man concerns neighbors by walking leashed leopard through playground

Neighbors of a Russian man that owns a pet leopard are concerned about their safety. They have seen him walking his pet around a playground and he was even captured on a security camera. Neighbors are worried that the leopard could get away from the owner and endanger the lives of their children. The owner says that the leopard is completely tame and has never attacked anyone before and is perfectly safe.
