Amputee creates impressive Halloween costume AGAIN!

The amputee who goes viral every year for his one-legged costumes is going as Tigger from “Winnie the Pooh” this year. His leg is Tigger’s spring-loaded tail. The costume cost him about $1000 he had to get a custom made mask and hire a seamstress to help him piece a couple different two legged Tigger costumes together.
