73 year old, Nelson Dolan, got into a verbal altercation with another man over bananas. Allegedly the man that got hit by the car, had set a box of bananas onto Dolan's car.
That's when Dolan accelerated his vehicle hitting the banana box carrying man and pinning him to the vehicle. Nelson Dolan claims that the man had slammed the banana box onto his car and he just revved the engine to scare him.
