A New Jersey man was arrested after allegedly spray painting a penis on the side of a truck after getting into a road rage dispute in the Lincoln Tunnel traveling from New Jersey to New York. According to reports the two drivers almost crashed in the tunnel, then exchanged insults with one another until they reached a red light. That's when the New Jersey man hopped out and sprayed the truck.
He was arrested and is facing charges or criminal mischief and attempted assault.
