BYRON BAY, AUSTRALIA - JULY 22: Josh Homme of Queens of The Stone Age performs during Splendour in the Grass 2017 on July 22, 2017 in Byron Bay, Australia.

Queens of the Stone Age continues to march towards its new album, Villains, with the release of another new song, “The Evil Has Landed.”

The high-octane track follows the first Villains single, “The Way You Used To Do,” which was released in mid-June when the album was announced.

Villains, QOTSA’s seventh studio album and follow-up to 2013’s …Like Clockwork, was produced by Mark Ronson and is due out August 25.

QOTSA kicks off a tour to support it on September 6 in Port Chester, N.Y. It recently canceled an appearance at the Outside Lands festival in San Francisco due to an unspecified band member injury.
