High street lender HSBC has announced it is to close a further 62 more high street branches across the UK on top of the 55 closures announced last year, meaning a total of 117 HSBC branches will close in 2017. Somebody posted a clip of a guy who is so blitzed he thinks a fence is an ATM.  He’s literally trying to slide his card into the railing until he’s told it’s a fence.  It’s in Scotland so it’s also enjoyable to hear the guy helping him pronounce bank as “bonk.”

A Drunk Man Mistakes A Fence For A Bank ATM

Doug Wood was walking along the bridge when he witnessed this man trying to insert his bank card into a gap in the wood enclosure. In the video shot by Doug the man seems surprised when he is told that Ness Bridge, in Inverness, is not a bank machine.
