Somebody posted a clip of a guy who is so blitzed he thinks a fence is an ATM.  He’s literally trying to slide his card into the railing until he’s told it’s a fence.  It’s in Scotland so it’s also enjoyable to hear the guy helping him pronounce bank as “bonk.”

Doug Wood was walking along the bridge when he witnessed this man trying to insert his bank card into a gap in the wood enclosure. In the video shot by Doug the man seems surprised when he is told that Ness Bridge, in Inverness, is not a bank machine.
