Police body-cam footage from Shia LaBeouf’s arrest shows that he was WASTED and extremely belligerent with the cops. He called them all kinds of names, screamed that his cuffs were too tight, and even seemed to threaten one cop by saying, quote, “I have guns in my house.”

According to police, Mr. LaBeouf had asked a police officer for a cigarette but was refused. He then started using profanities and vulgar language before the situation escalated and he was placed under arrest.
