NATIONAL HARBOR - SEPTEMBER 04: A Smart Car travels over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge on September 4, 2009 in National Harbor, Maryland. The American Automobile Association is projecting that fewer Americans will travel this Labor Day weekend than they did Labor Day weekend 2008, and most travelers will only travel 50 miles or more.
