A Car Rolls Out of a Yard and Crashes Into Another Car Driving Down the Street

There's dashcam video of a car driving down a street . . . when out of nowhere another car comes rolling backwards out of a yard and directly into its path where they collide. 

No one is in the out-of-control car so it probably didn't have its parking brake set.
