Joey Kramer Says 2017 Aerosmith Tour Won’t Be A “Farewell”

Seems like all that Aerosmith “Farewell Tour” buzz isn’t going away anytime soon.

Joey Kramer was asked in a recent interview with Culture Map about it, and he said that as of now “there is no farewell tour.” Kramer then chalked up Steven Tyler’s initial comments about the farewell tour on The Howard Stern Show to his “habit of projecting on things that haven’t been completed yet.”

Hmmm…so perhaps Tyler opened his mouth when he shouldn’t have?  SHOCKING!


Former GN’R Guitarist Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal Confirms Cancer Diagnosis

Our well wishes go out to guitarist Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal, who revealed on his Facebook page recently that he was diagnosed with bladder cancer again.  Thal said he had surgery to remove two tumors, and that right now “all is fine.” Thal’s had been previously diagnosed with bladder cancer back in 2014.


Metallica Release New Video From Minneapolis Show

Finally, Metallica recently released a new video from their big Minneapolis show with Avenged Sevenfold and Volbeat.  The video features footage from the entire concert experience, and oddly enough, it highlights “Sad But True,” which James Hetfield cheekily dedicated to A7X.

Wonder why he did that?
