This is another great listen as Mark Slaughter talks about his latest solo album and tons more. This interview came about in a weird way, which I explain at the beginning. Mark was super talkative and told me about his "Halfway There" album, working with Firehouse when they were starting out, some Detroit memories as well as his drummer Zoltan Chaney (who you should YouTube if you've never seen him). One thing the really surprised me was when we talked about Vinnie Vincent. Mark talks about the last time he worked with him and some other thoughts. Oh, you'll never guess who directed Slaughter's first video and why MTV wouldn't play it.
I've never met Mark before a month or so ago, but he was very easy to talk to and this interview is killer. Hope you dig it!
