101 WRIF and Schoolcraft College are looking for someone to become “The Riff’s Brewer” where you will learn everything you need to know in the areas of brewing and distillation, and include courses on Brewing Science, Beer Styles and Flavors, Brewhouse Operations and Technology, Beverage Management, Service, Marketing and more!
If selected to become The Riff Brewer you will win a full scholarship to Schoolcraft College’s Brewing and Distillation Technology Program, and this scholarship will prepare you to secure a job in the brewing industry!

The Brewing and Distillation Technology Certificate offered by Schoolcraft College provides detailed knowledge that can help jumpstart a career in craft beverage or brewing operations or provide the needed background for an entrepreneur who is considering opening a brewpub or microbrewery.
