Five of the Original Avengers got matching tattoos, but which one backed out?

Five of the original six Avengers actors got tattoos to celebrate the opening of Avengers: Infinity War. It was originally Scarlett Johansson's idea.  Her and Chris Evans were the first to get it done, then Robert Downey Jr., Jeremy Renner, and Chris Hemsworth flew the artist out to LA and got theirs done. Mark Ruffalo backed out and did not get the tattoo  (Hulk no like tattoo?).

After getting the tattoos, each actor/actress took turns drawing a line on the tattoo artist. Giving the artist a matching tattoo as well.
