A guy in China painted a straight arrow in a turning lane on the road last week because he thought it would make his commute faster. But the entire thing was caught on a security camera, and he got a $150 fine.
A man was discovered painting his own illegal road markings in eastern China's Lianyungang City. He added a straight ahead arrow to the markings in a left-turn lane and also created his own left-turn waiting zone. After being apprehended by police, the man said he was tired of traffic jams and decided to add an extra lane to ensure the smoother flow of traffic.
