Week one, so far so good on the Custom Health plan except for....

So I just finished my first week on the Custom Health plan and it was OK!  I just had to be prepared. My kitchen counter looks like a jungle of green.  That's OK,  I just need a machete to make coffee. By Saturday I needed a little encouragement, after all it was the weekend. Instead of reaching for an IPA, I watched a documentary on Netflix called 'Hungry for Change'  Highly recommended!   Sunday I was happy to go to a wedding  8 lbs. lighter. I did toast the bride and taste the wedding cake (bad girl) and paid for it the next day on the scale. I actually wrote in my daily calorie journal, ooops! But, back to work on Monday.  Kale is good, kale is good, kale is good.......
